摘要：19 th century desings for a «Queen's House» rooftop glasshouse, in Costanilla de los Ángeles street of Madrid, are studied. There are drawings representing elegant greenhouses to make the building top. These projects were accomplished by the French architect P. Quénat, because in Spain the rooftop greenhouses were not very abundant. This causes that said projects will be more interesting. We comment the greenhouses paper at the Spanish 19 th century society, the most abundant types and the most famous examples, to locate these drawings in their context.
