摘要:This article relates the problems of constitutional change directly to the oil and gas industry. The article outlines the present constitutional position of the oil and gas industry under the B.N .A. Act, 1867, comments on the current psychological and philosophical approaches to constitutional change, identifies the specific points of clash between the federal and provincial governments with respect to regulation of the oil and gas industry, and concludes by postulating some guidelines for constitutional change affecting the oil and gas industry.
