摘要：This article presents the advancement of technologies for Information and Communication, bringing to debate the role of mobile technologies and connectivity in contemporary world. Would be two critical factors in building the knowledge and, consequently, propellants digital inclusion? In light of that question, the authors address issues related to globalization and development of technologies for Information and Communication and its social impacts, in Brazil, as well as the role of the connectivity and social mobility, in this context, reflecting on his contribution to the development of skills in order to build knowledge or facilitate the communication process of individuals.
