摘要:This article presents the results of a research that aimed at identifying success factors for management and teaching in e-Tec Brazil Network. It addressed issues related to vocational training, protagonist role, commitment, engagement, training and interpersonal relationships, among others. It is a field research focused on exploratory-descriptive studies, applying the Discourse of the Collective Subject methodology. Among multiple research findings, the investigation showed that, in order to provide success in e-Tec Brazil Network, invest in training and to promote the integration of the professionals engaged in the activities is necessary. Moreover, it is also important to hire multidisciplinary teams based on Distance Education needs and to integrate e-Tec Brazil Network courses with classroom courses.
