标题：OS FATORES SOCIAIS E DE DEPENDÊNCIA DE RECURSOS COM CONDICIONANTES DA EMERGÊNCIA DE REDES DE NEGÓCIOS: DISCUSSÕES A PARTIR DO CASO DA REDE DE SÃO ROQUE
摘要：The objective is to analyze and discuss the factors and conditions necessary to the emergence of business networks. The main guide is the theoretical assertive that all companies are in a networks, whether they use or not their connections. The primary proposition is that it is necessary the presence of social and resource dependence variables as determinants for the emergence and development of networks. Previous reflections indicate that the most relevant social variables would be trust and cooperation, and the most relevant resource dependence variables would be access to markets, access to technology and economy resources. The research instrument used was interviews, observation and documentation research. The analytic technique was the contend analysis. The results sustained the proposition, since there are cases of emergence of networks that occur only when the variables was presents. The work present a theoretical contribution regards the emergence of business networks and methodological contribution with the presentation of a test specifically developed to the task, which did not exist in the Brazilian academy.
