摘要:This article aims to analyze how junior entrepreneurs learn in Brazil. In order to understand how junior entrepreneurs learn was adopted a quantitative research approach. This research had 209 questionnaires answered by members of junior enterprises in 14 different Brazilian states and in the Federal District of Brazil. The results indicate that the junior entrepreneurs learn from traditional forms and through other more interactionist learning types highlighting the mentoring as the most explanatory in this context.
