摘要:In an era of particularly intense competition, management consulting is becoming an increasingly important source for decision making and an important way in increasing efficiency and quality in business. Many managers believe that this sector as an influential and powerful tool for organizational change. But in fact, what we find is that the evolution of the sector in terms of generating knowledge in the field of management has not been adequately accompanied by studies that illustrate this. Still, much of what has been seen is the literature built until now is in a base of ideas and perspectives of consultants, forgetting one essential side of this process - the client. This study try to bridge this gap of the literature, and from an qualitative investigation will allow examining the attitudes of managers towards consultants, if they believe in the importance of their work for organizational development, how relationships are related to the quality of knowledge production and what is your level of satisfaction concerning the performance of these professionals.
