摘要:In the internalization process, the organizational exit in transpositions of their productive activities depends on, specially, of the given attention to Human Resources field. On this way, this paper has as goal to identify the profile or the Human Resources of one exporter storage meat cold, localized in south Brazil. So, through a case study, noticed to describe the politics and practices of Human Resources of this factory, as well how to verify the exert role for this area and its leaders. For both, data collection was conducted through document analysis and conducting semi-structured interviews with six employees of different sectors. In relations to the politics and practices, we could observe that these are predominantly operational, having as a special developed role the administrative specialist. It was verified that the Human Resources department of the organizations has found difficulties in the participation with the planning and taking the strategic decisions, and in the applications of some process related to its specific activities; it could be observed, mainly, through the selection of works and the hire of them. So, it is possible to notice by the collaborators perception, the predominant profile of the Human Resources department of this factory, characterized as operational, exercising a role of administrative specialist.
