摘要:In some periods of the history of an organization, its culture suffers impacts. Periods of transition, management changes or mergers and acquisitions are example of the changes arising from management changes provide the organizational culture. Such impacts, in, general, are flourishing in a climate of instability that context, since it influences directly the daily lives of people who live there. This paper examines the impacts occurring in Desenbahia former Desenbanco, the transformation of the Development Bank for Development Agency – the subject of this case study. To this end, we performed a qualitative and quantitative research with leaders and led three different periods of the organization: Desenbanco (1995), Transition (2001) and Desenbahia (year 2010). In developing the research instruments were developed two models of analysis, ratings from the organizational culture presented by the authors Aktouf Omar and Richard Daft. For data collection with the eleven directors interviewed, we used a script and interviews with one hundred fifty-five directed research, a questionnaire was a administered to public opinion. At the end of the investigation, the present research allowed a comparison between the results obtained in the collection of data and models of organizational culture proposed by the authors chosen - and Daft Aktouf – which gives it Desenbanco the culture of the period of transition and Finally, the current scenario of Desenbahia, Thus, this research work, in the first instance as a “test” for the use of models of organizational culture “ready”, proposed by the authors in the field, in order to classify the culture of a given organization. In the second instance, this research has also contributed a result of a sort of Organizational Culture Audit, in vogue in corporate contexts.
