摘要：The development of web technology has caused a shift in data processing and data storage from desktop based to online. The case study were carried out in all Government Junior high school in Salatiga whose problem is how to design and implement web based system of new student admission. The research adopts XML Web service technology and waterfall system development method. Based on both internal and external testing results, it is found that software implementation using the method performs well.
