摘要：With the development of the Internet and virtual reality technology, 3D websites are born.With Shanghai World Expo online pavilion as research subject, the weight of each indicator is calculated through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), thus constructs 3D websites quality assessment model, including emotional quality, aesthetic quality, function quality, information quality and technology quality, ten particular online pavilions were general ranked according with the expectation-perception difference of SERVQUAL model.
