  • 摘要:This paper introduces of a new structure which applies the round slider of the crank instead of the connecting rod. Based on the motion equation of the transient dynamics as the basis, this paper carries out transient kinetic analysis to the piston with the complete method, thus obtaining the displacement nephogram and the stress nephogram of the piston and analyzing the response of the displacement to the time and the stress to the time for the piston, thus obtaining the position of the maximum displacement and stress of the piston and the dangerous moment. Results show that, with the greater safety factor of the piston, it is possible to further improve the performance of the engine with the structure improvement.
