摘要：Service Oriented Enterprise (SOE) is a dynamic and temporary collaboration between autonomous Web services. Web services are selected and composed to form an inter-enterprise business process. Web services selection is based usually on functional criteria. However, in the case of SOE there is a need to consider more pragmatic criteria such as context parameters. In the present work we propose a Framework for SOE creation which enables the selection of Web services based on contextual parameters. We extend the WS-Policy standard to describe the different categories of context parameters we consider. In order to enhance Web service selection and to improve the manageability of a high number of Web services, we use the community concept in order to gather specific domain Web services. The proposed Framework uses abstract templates called Goal templates to insure an abstract description of required Web services. Goal templates gather both functional and contextual parameters used to select suitable services.
