摘要：ES projects involve group of people and resources that are working together in a professional way. One of the most important factors in order for an organization to benefit from this system is user training. Beside a comprehensive, early, continuous training plan that attached to the ES implementation plan, there should be a criterion to measure the quality of such training. Organization should be aware of the training methods and their effectiveness. In this paper we have discussed the important issues related to an efficient ES training and highlight some training evaluation models that are necessary for organizations to have a successful training.
