摘要:The study of cultural values is a topic of special relevance at interorganizational networks, since they are predictors for its development and success. The aim of the article is to propose a measurement scale of cultural values at interorganizational networks, using as reference the Shalom Schwartz theory. Based on a review of different models and explanatory references about values in organizational level, we propose an instrument to study the values in the interorganizational level. In the conclusions, the practical implications of the proposal are discussed.
