摘要：The subject of the research is Translating English Collocations into Indonesian. Collocation is one of the most challenging aspects in translation. This research aims at finding out how English collocations are translated into Indonesian. The scope of the research is whether English are translated using collocations direct or indirect translation technique into Indonesian. The research was conducted using annotated translation method. The researcher translated the English collocations into Indonesian and examined whether the result of the translation in Indonesian were directly or indirectly translated. The result of the analysis shows that of 1000 English collocations 89.20 % were using direct translated and the rest 10.80 % were using indirect translation.
