The method employed in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this research consists of English business managementâs glossary business management, and various article related to it. There are 558 terms that are identified both in the source language texts and in the target language texts. After analyzing the source language terms and the target language terms of business management, the researcher found that the translators employed more one categories in naturalized those terms, namely adjustment of spelling and pronunciation, adjustment of spelling but the pronunciation is retained, and adjustment of pronunciation but the spelling is retained.
