  • 摘要:Customer satisfaction is an unbeatable advantage and satisfying customers is a good defense against competition, because satisfied customers will remain loyal. The measurement of the level of customer satisfaction becomes important and very useful for companies to evaluate their position amid the competition. This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction for printing services at Aladdin. With this research, it can be known how the level of customer satisfaction on aspects of the services provided at Aladdin printing company where the research was conducted at Jl. Margonda Raya. Pondok 393 RT.04/01 China, Administrative District Beji Depok City. With Charging Method Questionnaire survey of 100 people and the calculation of the respondents using a five-level scale (Likert).
