摘要：This scientific research is about the sales data processing applications that can be used on such sales companies such as supermarket, minimarket, as well as small shops. This application has a facility menu that will be needed in the sales data processing. Sales data processing applications uses Visual Basic 6.0 and for making its database using Microsoft Office Access 2003, and supported with Crystal Reports for creating sales reports. At the design stage of the application using Entity relationship diagram (ERD) with degree three or Ternary. Its normalisation phase up to the normal level of second or second normal form (2NF). Structure of tables in database sales data processing application consists of four tables namely, items table, goods table, cashier table, and data sold table. Sales data processing application has several features which consist of items of data processing, data processing cash register, cash transaction processing, inventory control number, the processing of goods price changes, the abolition of sales invoices, presenting sales reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
