摘要：Keyword: Chameleon, Map server, Quantum GIS, Hospitals, Geographic Information System ABSTRACT The city of Jakarta is a city with the densest population in Indonesia. As the country's capital, Jakarta became the center of all activities and objectives of population from other areas to earn money. Many problems that arise because of the dense population in the city, among them health problems. Therefore, the existence of hospitals as a means of health is very important. The author makes Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping the location of the hospital in South Jakarta using Quantum GIS 0.9.1 and Map Server with Chameleon framework and PostgreSQL support. Quantum GIS is used for map digitizing process. To use the PostgreSQL database 8.2.X. As for making a web-based information system, the author uses Map Server 5. Adobe Dreamweaver CS 3 is used to edit the coding and display of web GIS. The information presented from hospital layer consists of a hospital name, hospital address, phone number, fax number, website and pictures of the hospital. With the Web GIS community is expected to more easily identify the location of a hospital located in South Jakarta.
