摘要：This paper discusses how the creation of e-learning for Basic Education Course in the State University of Jakarta (UNJ). Limitations of space, the number of teachers who lack adequate, and the difficulty to schedule a lecturer at the Basic Education Course become the main reason why e-learning is made. The Paper explained about the design of input and output of the faculty and students, navigation structure, and the workings of e-learning application as a whole. Expected by the application of e-learning to help teachers in making judgments, using Internet technology to search for other material related to existing courses that are useful for lecturers and students. Then the students with the application facilitates e-learning them in obtaining materials, see course syllabus, references, values, and others.
