摘要：The present article is devoted to the essence of the problem of development of the conflictological competenceof a modern officer. The authors have considered understanding of the conflict, conflictological competence ofan officer, its constituent components, studied the causes of conflicts in military formations. The place and roleof the conflictological competence in the structure of professional competence of an officer, as well as its impacton the effectiveness of administrative functions implemented by military leaders, have been determined. Thearticle provides an overview of the results of the survey carried out among the officers in order to determine theextent of development of their conflictological competence. The content and mechanism of implementation ofthe technology for the development of the conflictological competence of military leaders have been provided.
