摘要：This paper presents the bibliographical approaches to the Syrian and Lebanese immigration in the United Stales and Brazil, from a comparative historical perspective, mainly during the last seventy years. I have also turned out attention to the analysis of the first works on the subject, from the first decades of the twentieth century, and the most frequently discussed themes in the bibliography of the two countries.
