摘要:The Western world has suffered for years the serious problem of dropout and repetition of students in all educational levels, resulting from poor performance in mathematics, among other causes. All this as a consequence of implementing education politics guided to develop the mathematical teaching with epistemological and methodological rigid models, lacking of programs focused on the efficient preparation of teachers, and its flexible application situated and contextualized. The instructional programs which showing the work schedule for the school period and academic lapses, the general and specific objectives, methodologies and teaching techniques, evaluation plans and resources for developing the teaching of mathematics, are applied mechanically, without reflect about the damage they produce their unidirectional pedagogic practices and the training and formation process, essential for understanding mathematics.
