摘要:The inability of designers to meaningfully engage end-users in addressing their needs has resulted in a market saturated with unusable devices. To increase usability and reduce complexity, we propose a user-led design process where addressing user’s real need is the goal rather than developing new technologies or products. Such an approach places emphasis on the process of design rather than the final product.
