摘要：The Economy of Solidarity is now growing stronger into the business sector. Its approaches aim at overcoming both the central importance of enterprises and the resulting displacement of people, as well as at breaking off the asymmetric relations that bring about situations of discrimination. Moreover, the unequal treatment of women in the business sector is to be found all around the world. In this research our aim is to compare the result of the gender policies applied in the so-called companies of solidarity in the Basque Country, as well as to analyse the new methodological tools to be used in this field. Based on the many studies carried out so far, this article proposes some action lines for removing passive policies of gender equality and implementing more active ones, in which, by focusing much more on the person rather than on the work, a new, non-discriminating viewpoint would come up.
