This research used both primary and secondary data through interview, observation, and questionnaire. The sample used in this research is 60 workers randomly pick from the enterprise. Data analysis is conducted by using percentage and contribution analysis. The finding shows that the chicken entrails’ chips micro enterprises require no specified requirements in recruiting workers aside from willingness to work hard and compliance to the enterprise rules. There are several determinants that motivate workers to enter this industry, namely: having no particular skills, difficulties to find job, adequately paid, and continuing their parent’s business. In addition, the income generates from the business supplements the income distribution and welfare of the workers’ household. Accounting for the income from the industry to the household total income results in low inequality household’s income distribution and worker’s welfare.
