摘要：The high performan gap of capita income between districts in East Java is showing the ability of a different region in producing income. Regional income as measured from the output of regional Domestic Product is determined by many factors. For that to know what factors are to be The main source of the formation of regional output. Location of research is the consideration that the city of Malang. Malang is a city that has a higher GDP in Malang Raya. purpose this study was to examine whether the investment, labor and government spending is the source of the formation of regional output. By means of regression analysis is known that together these three factors significantly influence the formation output. But only partially in government spending can affect the significant in the formation of regional output. So this reflects that the growth Malang output is formed at the instigation of consumption than production.
