摘要：The prolonged monetary crisis happened in 1999 caused entrepreneurs/industrialist suffered from bankrupt, that many of them changed to other sector. One of them is Mr. H. Kendar Sukarya who changed from electric construction sector to poultry sector. By increasing of the modern life style causes the society sense, how the important health. To fulfil about it, the society wants drink and food that contain of vitamin and mineral naturally without chemical process. The vitamin and mineral can be found in hen egg. So that encourageÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s the growth of industrialist of hen poultry, especially unracial hen. The aim of discuss is to know how far the effort of poultry of facial mixture between village and Arabic hen owned by Mr. H. Kendar Sukarya is carried out, that can be useful. The analysis done by Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT), descriptive analysis is to know the more lack of the poultry effort. The research shows, there is power in the effort that is the location is far from the settlement. The weakness, is the source of the man and marketing. Seeing from the business opportunity, the effort still has the big potency, because the product can be marketable to all class in the society and resistance of the crisis. But this effort will have challenge because everywhere in the future, by the increasing of the same industrialists of the effort of the racial hen.
