摘要：The Spanish government has presented a civil code’s reform that will introduce the joint custody in our legislation. That model of guardianship is exceptionally passed by the courts if his or her parents agreed with it in such a special situations that prove that the joint custody is the best election to benefit the children. The new legislation would not change this approach. Perhaps it introduces changes in the vision of the lawyers and his o her customs that contemplate this new possibility in their negotiations.
