摘要：In this article we analyze the discourse generated by vindicative associations of pre-retired persons along its process of consolidation and of joint around federations and confederations of sectorial, autonomic and/or national character. Likewise we defend that this discourse is a result of consciously strategies deployed by the mentioned associations, which have as it aim, on the one hand, to overcome the heterogeneity and the fragmentation that characterize the group and, on the other hand, to legitimize its demands across rhetorics that allude to the justice and to the right, whereas it flees of the topics to which the humanitarian reason resorts.
