摘要：The influence of Roxin’s conception on perpetratorship has been very important in Spain, as in many other countries. It has not only numerous followers, but it is acenter of any reflection on perpetratorship. This paper reviews both the conformistand dissenting currents in Spain. The debate is continued with Roxin’s conception onco- perpetratorship.
