  • 摘要:The purpose of this paper is to present the growth of international operation of telemarketing service. This practice is known as offshore. For this, information about the growth of service sector, call center activity and its international operation, through the use of information technology, was studied. After studying the data, it was possible to observe that call center activity is growing in Brazil and its growth allows the country to start commercializing this kind of service in the international market. On the other hand, this economic activity in Brazil deserves more attention, especially because there are important questions related to human resources management.
