  • 摘要:Optimal development of learners is the goal of education. The development would include aspects of cognitive, affective and psychomotor in children. Reality is there, in achieving the optimal development of the learners/ students from elementary much conflict. Conflicts that arise should be addressed but not all students have conflict management skills so that conflict is often ignored or not resolved. This is because the understanding and experience of the students are still limited. There was also a lack of insight into the counselor at the school as well as the absence of guidelines relating to conflict management. So it is necessary to guide conflict management model. Collaborative conflict management skills students can be effectively implemented through a model of problem-based learning. The results of the analysis related to the exercise of collaborative conflict management guidelines based on 16 students with problems using a pretest-posttest experiment design. The difference between experimental and control groups was 4.375%. Between PBL and Group Guidance performed through Mann-Whitney test. Mann-Whitney analysis of the results is 0.003 <0.05. The results of data analysis section, reflection and observation of students at the time before and after a PBL intervention and GG showed that students who received intervention to increase PBL tends to be more assertive and cooperative skills. Thus guide the problem-based model of conflict management can improve students' conflict management skill. Keywords: manajemen konflik, problem based learning
