摘要：A factor contributing to increasing urban degradation is noise pollution, discussed on this study in relation to the applicable Federal Brazilian legislation with the aim of contributing to inform the actions of decision makers who seek to recover quality of life that has been compromised by noise and protect their cities from this problem. The result is a compilation of solutions for the principal causes of urban noise conflicts.
