摘要：This article has the purpose of presenting the new interlocutory decision and its conceptualization in the new code of civil procedure, as well examine their remedial possibilities. The concepts, innovations and the insertion of new institutes and procedural form, by modifying the display of some of these, for a suitability for situation of interlocutory decisions that do not fit, at that moment, feature. In view of this, a detailed study of each possibility of challenging the interlocutory decision not recourse of instrument.
