摘要：This study is based on the definition of the topics objectively. The concept of the topics of the majority premise of the doctrine. The importance and necessity of isolation and preservation of the crime scene, the classification of scenarios of the crime scene and as aspects related to the design of the actions by law enforcement officials, obviously, the professionals who first encounter the scene the crime scene, is the best example of the study. The work demonstrates the essentiality of effective actions of isolation and preservation of the crime scene and reflexes, positive when performed efficiently, bringing acceptable conditions for forensic experts do their survey data, and negative when failure occurs in this initial process, as important crime scene characteristics are lost, disrupting the coroner reflecting impairment in criminal prosecution as a whole.
