摘要：Starting from his Adaptive Operationalized Diagnosis Scale, and from adaptation theory, with a well-founded prognostic formulation, the author presents a model to controlled and operationalized research in clinical psychology. Although environment and constitution are greatness from different universes, the analysis and counterpoint of different geometric dimensions provided him to conjecture associations between constitutional and environmental factors. They are artefacts of imagination to think of extremely complex facts, and understand some perplexities, so that although between organic and inorganic matters there is an abysm, in special conditions they can be combined to cure diseases and to health promotion. The author concluded actual combinations are indeed beyond imagination, so that the phantasy provide routes never imagined before to the knowledge progress, to anticipate the facts and to confront with discoveries that advanced the scientific progress to the psychoanalytic psychology.
