摘要:The investigation of factors involved in the interaction professional-patient intends to enlarge its comprehension, as well as to support the development of intervention strategies to improve practice. This work aimed to describe and analyze the professional’s and patient’s perception in relation to medical care, standing out the communication aspects involved in pre medical appointment and medical appointment. Interviews were held with 15 doctors and 15 patients attended at a hospital in Federal District. The reports show that the communication of the therapeutic pair is perceived in a positive way, and the use of facilitation resources was attested. Professionals and patients expressed a negative perception related to pre medical appointment stage. Participants suggested the elaboration of educational policies for the improvement of actions in health care.
