摘要：This article aims to discuss different conceptions of childhood; seeking to understand its relation in medieval society, assessing its image as «kindergarten» precociously inserted in the labor market. However, its primary goal is to present a brief review of the history of Brazilian Childhood, considering its concept of childhood, as well as aspects of the exploitation of child labor, abuse and sexual exploitation of children and early childhood education. Are also highlighted the cultural, economical and historical influences that can be observed throughout the structuring of the Child Psychology and Law field of study.
