摘要：The URBS monographic issue on Dérives assembles texts from different sources and with different scopes of research or degrees of experimentation, depending on whether they are theoretical or empirical. They come from artistic, architectural and social disciplines, and span from recognized experts to simple amateurs who show interest in the subject. For this, all the sections of the journal have been made available to the project in a coordinated editorial effort that seeks a cross-section and adequate diffusion, reaching out from the spaces of academic debate to active society, covering artistic, urban and social areas. All the studies included acquire added value to the extent that they are complemented by the rest. This contextualization is decisive for understanding the idea of the whole in a choral sense that advances in collective processes of the construction of shared thought, although it could also be considered a process ‘à la dèrive’, in which we end up by constructing ourselves.
