摘要:From an academic and a practitioner perspective, diversity is increasingly of interest. Companies must efficiently manage diversity among their employees if they are to perform. Multinational companies intrinsically face the challenge of managing diversity, since these companies’ employees are most likely to be diverse, in terms of race, culture and nationality. This paper provides a theoretical and an analytical framework to study the relationships among cultural diversity, internationalization strategy and performance.
