摘要:Within the scope of this research, it is aimed to determine the problems related to education activities in small, medium and large size enterprises (SMEs). According to this aim, answers are searched to these questions: "What are possible problems related to analyzing requirements before education activities in SMEs?", "What are possible problems related to process of education activities in SMEs?", "What are possible problems related to evaluations after education activities in SMEs?" Within the context of this research, a survey research was designed and data were collected by semi-structured interview. The problems related to education activities in SMEs were determined by this research and these problems were grouped into 3 themes which are problems related to analyzing requirements before education, problems related to education process and problems related to process after education. Depending on results of the research, it can be said that the education activities in SMEs are performed inappropriate to curriculum development approach, requirement analysis are not enough or the SMEs send their staff to the education activities which are suggested by organizations provide education without any requirement analysis. In addition, it was determined that there weren't any systematic process for evaluation of learning outcomes. Key Words: Life long learning, Human resources development, training events, SME
