摘要:Abstract In this study, job satisfaction, burnout and depression levels of social service sector employees were investigated. A form for collecting demographical variables and the scales to determine job satisfaction, burnout and depression were distributed to 175 staff working in the social services that were within the scope of the study. Of them, the data collected from 115 employees were included in the study. There was no significant difference between the units of social services in terms of job satisfaction. Employee burnout levels were found to be different both across the units of social services and various demographical variables. Employees working in rehabilitation units were found to have higher depression scores than those working in orphanage houses. On the other hand, the job satisfaction level of employees was found to be negatively correlated both with burnout and depression levels.
