摘要:The main purpose of the study is to investigate Turkish teachers\' self-efficacy levels according to socio-economic status of the schools they work in, their gender, graduated institution, length of service, having in-service training and course loads. The study, having a descriptive quality was designed as a relational survey model. The universe of the study consisted of Turkish teachers, working in primary schools in the centre of Aydın. All the universe was aimed to be reached so sample was not taken. 89 Turkish teachers attended to the study. As a data gathering instrument Teachers\' Self Efficacy Scale developed by Tschannen-Moran ve Woolfolk-Hoy (2001) and personal information form were used. Data was analysed by using SPSS 12 package program. When findings were investigated it was found that teachers\' self-efficacy scores did not show any changes according to social status of the school which the teachers work in, their gender, graduated institution and also weekly course loads. In addition, it was observed that "enabling student\'s attendance" subscale and total scale scores of Teachers' self-efficacy scale changed according to teachers\' length of service and having in-service training.
