摘要：Stress is defined as "disease of our age". Stress that is shown as reason of many physical and physicological sickness, effects employees of tourism sector which has its own characteristics, In this research stress sources, symptoms and results of employees that are working in travel agencies have been tried to determine. Factor analysis was used to expose stress sources, symptoms and results. Corelation analysis was used to find the relationship between them. One way variance analysis was used to determine whether sexuality of employee or supervisor was effective on stress source, symptom and results.
