摘要:Abstract In this study, the relationship between students' perceptions of fairness regarding the learning environment and attitudes towards the teaching profession were investigated. The target population in this study is 2600 students enrolled in Faculty of Education, Adiyaman University. Of these 2600 students, 875 are selected by using stratified sampling. Data were collected by using "Personal Information Form", "Fair Learning Environment Questionnaire" and " Attitude Towards The Teaching Profession". In the analysis of data; t test, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), LSD test and regression analysis were used.The analysis of data clearly showed that while male students' level of perceptions about the learning environment were fairly low, female students' level of perceptions were moderate. The attitudes toward the profession shows that a high level in both grups. Statistically significant differences were found between groups in terms of "gender" and "depertment/program" variables in "perceptions of fairness regarding the learning environment" and "attitudes towards teaching profession". While there is a statistically significant difference in "perceptions of fairness regarding the learning environment" in terms of "grade level" and "schooling type" variable, there was no significant difference was observed in "attitudes towards teaching profession". When the relationship between perceptions of fairness regarding the learning environment and attitudes towards teaching profession have been analyzed, a low positive correlation was found.
