摘要:This study measures the levels of hopelessness, burnout and job satisfaction of public school teachers. The study utilzes the data consisting of 202 complete variables indicating hopelessness, burnout, job satisfaction and demographic variables. The results of the study show that hopelessness and burnout have negative correlation, and hopelessness and burnout have positive correlation with each other. In addition, hopelessness scores higher in female teachers than it was identified in male teachers.
