摘要:Abstract In this study the effects on corporate reputation work-related attitudes and behaviors of employees which are the organization's internal stakeholders have been examined. For this purpose, data obtained from 273 employees of five enterprises operating in the plastic packaging industry in the Marmara region have been evaluated. The results of the research have shown that there are impact on perceived corporate reputation of organizational pride, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior undertaken in the scope of work the attitudes and behaviors. According to survey results, the most significant variable affect is the perception of corporate reputation organizational pride variable defined as feeled pleasure to be part of the employee's organizations. Furthermore, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, and business conditions enhances the perception of corporate reputation.
