摘要:Abstract This study examined the relationship between instructional leadership and organizational climate according to the perceptions of schools teachers. The sample of this study consisted of 249 working for elementary schools during 2012-2013 academic years in Erzurum. The School Principals' Instructional Leadership Behaviors Scale and Organizational climate scale were used to gather data. In order to analyze the data collected for the study, several statistical techniques such as descriptive statistical analyses, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. Researh result showed that organizational climate dimensions have got a positive relation with all dimensions of the instructional leadership. Results of regression analysis showed to be predicted supportive principal behavior, director of mandatory behavior and unconcerned teacher behavior by same dimension of instructional leadership (regular teaching - learning environment and creating a climate). Only education programs and teaching process management among dimensions of instructional leadership predicted positively and meaningfully dimensions of supportive principal behavior among dimensions of organizational climate. Result or the search had been argued in the context of being developed teaching leadership behaviours of the headteacher and climate of the school.
